Role Overview:
As a Program Consultant at BeFound Studios, you will be the face of our skincare programs, helping prospective clients understand the value of our services and guiding them through the discovery and enrolment process. You’ll identify their skincare concerns and needs, recommend appropriate skincare programs, and ensure they have a clear path to achieving their skincare goals.
This is a work-from-office role in a start-up environment where collaboration, client-centric service, and proactive problem-solving are key. You will be part of a passionate team, helping people transform their skincare routines and ultimately their confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultations:
- Conduct one-on-one discovery session with prospective clients to assess their skincare needs, concerns, and goals.
- Educate them on BeFound Studios’ skincare programs, explaining the benefits and features of each service.
- Customize recommendations to ensure clients are matched with the most suitable program based on their skin type, lifestyle, and goals.
- Program Enrolment:
- Guide clients through the program enrolment process, ensuring they understand the steps involved and what to expect.
- Provide clear communication about program pricing, timelines, and outcomes.
- Address any client questions or concerns, ensuring they feel confident in their decision to join BeFound Studios.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction throughout their program.
- Follow up with clients to monitor their progress and offer additional support as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and skincare experts to ensure any specific concerns or adjustments to the program are addressed.
- Sales and Performance:
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by converting discovery sessions into program enrolments.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and provide insights on client feedback and needs.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and program details in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client-facing roles such as sales, consultation, or customer service, ideally within the beauty, wellness, or skincare industries.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others achieve their skincare goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and relatable way.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, start-up environment with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working toward sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience with CRM systems or similar client management tools.
- Able to work on Saturdays (5.5 days work week).
