Role Overview:
As a Client Success Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, playing a pivotal role in shaping their overall experience with our brand. You’ll serve as the frontline ambassador of our brand, our primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, fostering meaningful connections, and contributing to our larger vision of global empowerment.
This is a work-from-office position, and you will thrive in our start-up environment where collaboration, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving are key. You will work closely with a passionate and creative team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that values innovation and hands-on contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including client’s chat, over the phone, email, embodying the values of BeFound in every interaction.
- Support clients’ skincare journey and build strong relationships by understanding their skincare needs and replying to their enquiries promptly.
- Resolving client issues and concerns with empathy and professionalism, going the extra mile to exceed their expectations and build brand satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience, contributing ideas and insights to support our mission and values.
- Proactively seeking feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and contributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall client experience.
- Oversee on-site operations, ensuring smooth and efficient interactions to enhance client. experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role preferred.
- Passion for skincare, makeup, and beauty education is a bonus.
- Having a heart for people, takes the initiative to go the extra mile in delighting our clients.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor, with the ability to actively listen to customer needs and concerns.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box to find solutions independently that delight clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to adapt to change and take on new challenges.
- Able to work on Saturdays (5.5 days work week).
