Role Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and motivated Brand Intern to join our team. In this role, you will assist in executing branding initiatives, developing marketing content, and ensuring that all touchpoints align with the brand’s voice and mission. You will also help manage and respond to social media inquiries, playing a key role in client engagement. This internship will provide hands-on experience in brand management, digital marketing, and creative strategy, making it ideal for individuals looking to break into the beauty and wellness industry!
This is an onsite role. As part of a start-up environment, you will work in a collaborative, team-oriented office setting, contributing to various projects that support the brand’s growth and visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone across all touchpoints.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, ensuring content resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
- Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, event materials.
- Support in marketing initiatives and platforms such as CRM, social media content
- Monitor and manage social media platforms, responding to client inquiries and comments in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
- Monitor social media channels and report on engagement and brand sentiment, offering insights for improvement.
- Support in planning and executing of brand campaigns and community engagement events
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- Passion for skincare, makeup and beauty, and branding with an understanding of current industry trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to produce creative content that aligns with brand messaging.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work on Saturdays, 5 days work week (Tues-Saturdays)
- Able to commit to a minimally 2 month internship period
